Description

Frequently asked questions
What are the delivery times?
Your order is dispatched within 24 business hours after payment is confirmed, sent tracked via FedEx. From dispatch, allow 1 to 3 business days for metropolitan France and 2 to 5 business days for the rest of Europe. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is collected. These times are indicative and depend on the destination.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can conveniently pay by SEPA transfer or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard, secured by 3-D Secure). In addition, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna are available to you. You choose the option that suits you at checkout. We do not store any card details; payments are processed by industry-compliant payment providers.
How pure are your peptides?
Every batch is certified to a purity of at least 98%, with most references reaching 99% or higher. The exact purity of each reference is listed on its product page. Each batch is analysed by an independent third-party laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry to measure purity and confirm the identity of the compound before it is added to the catalogue. These products are intended exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use.
What is NAD⁺ as a research compound?
NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a dinucleotide coenzyme found in all living cells, CAS 53-84-9, with a molecular weight of 663.43 Da. It is made of two nucleotide units linked by a pyrophosphate bond and acts as a central electron carrier in redox biochemistry, as well as a substrate for enzymes such as sirtuins and poly-ADP-ribose polymerases. It is studied in in-vitro and laboratory research for its role in redox pathways and cellular metabolism. It is for in-vitro research and laboratory use only, not for human or animal consumption, and not approved by the EMA, the FDA or any medicines authority.
How should NAD⁺ be stored?
Store lyophilized vials at -20°C or 2-8°C, protected from light, heat and moisture; in freeze-dried form they remain stable at room temperature during transport, with no cold chain required. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, keep the solution at 2-8°C and use it within 30 days. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
What does the NAD⁺ certificate of analysis (CoA) show?
Each batch of NAD⁺ ships with a certificate of analysis (CoA) stating HPLC-verified purity of ≥99%, compound identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, the batch number and the vial's net content. Testing is carried out by an independent third-party laboratory, and the matching CoA can be viewed on the product page. This compound is for in-vitro research and laboratory use only and is not approved by the EMA, the FDA or any medicines authority.
Where can I find the certificate of analysis (CoA) for a product?
Every batch comes with a certificate of analysis (CoA) that states the purity measured by HPLC, the identity confirmed by mass spectrometry and the corresponding batch number. The CoA is available on the relevant product page and can additionally be viewed via the /coa page. The analyses are carried out by an independent third-party laboratory.
Is the packaging neutral and discreet?
All orders are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging. The outside of the parcel carries no marking and no mention of the contents or the nature of the products. Nothing indicates the name of the shop or the type of items inside.
What is the legal status of the products sold on monpept?
The products offered are for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not approved by the EMA, the FDA or any medicines authority. When placing an order, the buyer confirms that they will be used strictly for research purposes. No medical or therapeutic claim is associated with these compounds.
How much does shipping cost?
For France, shipping costs €9.95. It is free from €250 of purchase, a threshold that applies to all destinations. For other countries, shipping is calculated at checkout according to the destination, starting from €8.95.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver throughout the European Union, as well as to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. All orders are dispatched from our European warehouse. Costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown to you at checkout.
How can I track my order status and shipment?
Every order is shipped as a tracked DHL shipment. As soon as DHL collects the parcel, you receive an email with the tracking number, which lets you follow your parcel through to delivery. If you have questions about an order, please quote your order number so that we can help you more quickly.
How does payment by SEPA transfer work?
After you have placed your order, you receive an email with our bank details (IBAN and BIC) as well as your order number. Please quote this order number as the payment reference so that we can clearly assign your payment. As soon as the amount reaches us – usually within 1 to 2 business days – we prepare your order for dispatch and send you a confirmation.
Is card payment secure?
Card payments are secured by the 3-D Secure protocol, which adds an authentication step with your bank. monpept does not store any of your card details. Transactions are processed by payment providers that comply with industry standards.
Are your peptides tested by an independent laboratory?
Yes. Every batch is analysed by an independent third-party laboratory before it is listed. Testing includes HPLC analysis to measure purity and mass spectrometry to confirm the identity and molecular weight of the compound. No batch is offered for sale until these analyses have been completed, and the results are recorded in the certificate of analysis for each batch.
How should I store lyophilized vials before reconstitution?
Lyophilized vials can be stored at -20°C for up to 24 months, protected from light and moisture. In this form the compounds remain stable at room temperature during transport, which means no cold chain is required for shipping. Keep the vials in their original packaging until they are used in the laboratory.
How should I store a peptide after reconstitution?
After reconstitution in bacteriostatic water, store the solution at 2-8°C and use it within 28 days. Do not refreeze a solution that has already been reconstituted. When reconstituting, let the water run gently down the wall of the vial and dissolve without shaking vigorously, in order to preserve the integrity of the compound.
Can I withdraw from or return my order?
Because of the nature of the research compounds, sealed vials are excluded from return: once an order has been shipped or a vial has been opened, no return is possible. As long as an order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it – please contact us by email promptly and we will cancel the order before it is handed to the carrier. After handover to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged, incomplete or lost?
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us by email within 48 hours and attach photos of the parcel and its contents. After verification, we arrange a free replacement. Reporting quickly with photos helps us handle your request promptly.
