From dispatch, allow 1 to 3 business days for metropolitan France and 2 to 5 business days for the rest of Europe. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is collected. These times are indicative and depend on the destination.

Epitalon (also known as epithalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide with the sequence Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly (AEDG) and a molecular weight of approximately 390.35 Da (CAS 307297-39-8). It is studied in in-vitro and laboratory research for its activity on telomerase regulation, pineal-axis signalling and oxidative-stress response pathways, particularly in longevity, cellular-senescence and circadian research models. Store lyophilized Epitalon vials at 2-8°C, protected from light and moisture; for long-term storage, keep them at -20°C. In its lyophilized form the compound stays stable at room temperature during transit, with no cold chain required. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water, keep the solution at 2-8°C and use it within 14 to 30 days.

Each batch of Epitalon comes with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) reporting purity of ≥99% measured by HPLC, peptide identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, the lot number and the net vial content (10 mg). It can be consulted on the product page. Every order is shipped as a tracked DHL shipment. As soon as DHL collects the parcel, you receive an email with the tracking number, which lets you follow your parcel through to delivery. If you have questions about an order, please quote your order number so that we can help you more quickly.

After you have placed your order, you receive an email with our bank details (IBAN and BIC) as well as your order number. Please quote this order number as the payment reference so that we can clearly assign your payment. Yes. Every batch is analysed by an independent third-party laboratory before it is listed. Testing includes HPLC analysis to measure purity and mass spectrometry to confirm the identity and molecular weight of the compound. No batch is offered for sale until these analyses have been completed, and the results are recorded in the certificate of analysis for each batch.

Lyophilized vials can be stored at -20°C for up to 24 months, protected from light and moisture. In this form the compounds remain stable at room temperature during transport, which means no cold chain is required for shipping. Keep the vials in their original packaging until they are used in the laboratory.

After reconstitution in bacteriostatic water, store the solution at 2-8°C and use it within 28 days. Do not refreeze a solution that has already been reconstituted. When reconstituting, let the water run gently down the wall of the vial and dissolve without shaking vigorously, in order to preserve the integrity of the compound.

Because of the nature of the research compounds, sealed vials are excluded from return: once an order has been shipped or a vial has been opened, no return is possible. As long as an order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it – please contact us by email promptly and we will cancel the order before it is handed to the carrier. After handover to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us by email within 48 hours and attach photos of the parcel and its contents. After verification, we arrange a free replacement. Reporting quickly with photos helps us handle your request promptly.
