When reconstituting, let the water run gently down the wall of the vial and dissolve without shaking vigorously, in order to preserve the integrity of the compound.

Because of the nature of the research compounds, sealed vials are excluded from return: once an order has been shipped or a vial has been opened, no return is possible.
